People's Television Network (PTV 4) and SMAC Television Production are set to produce the first-ever reality talent show on national TV, Artista Teen Quest. It will be aired on PTV 4 every Sunday beginning July 14th.
“Artista Teen Quest shall showcase our transformation of PTV into a more commercially-competitive television network, towards targeting to increase viewership by a big margin in 2019,” PTV General Manager Julieta Lacza said.
In a generation of seasonal reality shows and dynamic formats, Artista Teen Quest will pioneer PTV's homegrown entertainment shows and stick to the old format, which is set to discover and develop an aspiring teen talented artists, showcasing their talent in singing, dancing and acting. Traveling around the Philippines to find the 13 stars of Artista Teen Quest. They will audition and have different levels as long as the top 13 remains. All you can do is be 13-19 years old, be artistic, know how to sing, dance, and perform. The winner of the search got as much as P1 million worth of prizes and one studio type condo unit.
The judges panel will be composed by Riva Quenery, Anton Juarez, Mateo San Juan and Justin Lee. Meanwhile, Isaiah Tiglao, Ella Apon and Rayantha Leigh will host the show.
