I WONDER if people still remember Reymar Velasco, the boy psychic of many years ago. The wonder boy of telekinesis could tell the identity of a telephone caller even without seeing him.
This is the subject that a new TV series will delve into. Called "Katakataka," aired every Saturday on IBC Channel 13 at 8:30 p.m., concert is the same as that of "One Stop Beyond" but the episodes are culled from real-life experiences.
Reymar himself will host the show together with actor-director Toy Alvarez.
The first episode deals with the interesting life story of a boy of his extra-sensory powwers. It is actually Reymar's life story. Acting as Reymar is Chuckie Dreyfus with Tommy Abuel and Alicia Alonzo as his parents.
