IBC Kids (stylized as i13c KIDS or IBC KIDS) is a Philippine free-to-air children's television channel created and owned by Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation as one of the freemium channels of IBC Digibox. It was launched on March 30, 2013 as Toon TV, the country's satellite and cable educational and children's TV channel aimed for baby and children for kids with playschool, pre–school, schools and playground.

Currently, IBC Kids channel primarily airs children's programming, Filipino–dubbed Japanese anime series and foreign cartoon shows, along with limited imported programming from IBC's main channel and IBC Plus. It is currently available in SkyCable Channel 44 and Cignal channel 79 and other 30 cable providers throughout the country.

Since February 22, 2021, IBC Kids operates daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Description[]

Kiddie TV is a 24–hour children's cable and satellite kids channel that aims to educate for children of IBC for the Filipino children audience. By offering well–loved children's television programming of IBC and kids program fare in fun, learning, excitement and play with toys, pre–school, schools, playschool, playground and games. The channel will cater 1–12–year–old audiences in the Philippines. Local advertisers and cable operators will have enhanced opportunities to work with Kiddie TV on customized marketing solutions including sponsorships of programming and tailored advertising opportunities including events, promotions and multi–platform marketing solutions.

It was announced that Kiddie TV will be ceased broadcast effective by 31 December 2018 as IBC transfers its broadcast facilities from its Broadcast City to its new refurbished compound in Quezon City.

On February 22, 2021, Kiddie TV will rebranded as IBC Kids.

After its sister sub-channel IBC Toons ended broadcasting on July 3 after 12 years of broadcasting, many of its programs moved to IBC Kids beginning July 4, 2022, which was merged and reformatted as the only channel for kids.

Since July 2, 2022, anime series and cartoon programs were divided into various programming blocks.

Bibolilits – A morning block that airs selected children's shows and foreign cartoons intended for pre–schoolers and young children. It was aired every Mondays to Sundays from 7:00 am to 9:00 am.
Nickelodeon sa IBC Kids – The channel's midday/afternoon block consisting of cartoons from Nickelodeon and Nick Jr. It currently airs every Mondays to Sundays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Hapon Toons – A weekday afternoon block consisting of channel-produced program and foreign cartoons for young girls. It airs every Mondays to Fridays from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
AniMEGA – The channel's flagship anime block featuring classic and current Japanese anime series intended for all audiences. It airs every Mondays to Fridays from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, with daily replays from 9:30 to 11:00 pm.
Shine On Primetime – The channel's flagship primetime block featuring local fantaseryes. It airs every Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 to 9:30 pm.
Weekend Treat – A weekend afternoon–to–primetime block consisting of selected Japanese anime series, channel–produced programs (with a selection of selected IBC programs every weekends), and movies that are considered child–friendly and family–oriented. It airs every Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00 pm to 9:30 pm.

Congress TV, IBC Classics, IBCinema, IBC Kids, DWAN TV and DMZ Channel are encrypted and scrambled with Multi2-based encryption, because of that, thus requiring SMS activation to unscramble those channels.
Congress TV, IBC Classics, IBCinema, IBC Kids, DWAN TV and DMZ Channel are their digital channels to IBC Digibox, a digital set-top box marketed by the network.
