DYTV-TV, channel 13, is a commercial television station owned by Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation. Its studios and broadcast facilities are located at the 3rd floor Elian Tower, Ouano St., Mandaue City, Cebu Province, Central Visayas (Region 7), Visayas, Philippines and its transmitter is located at Kalunasan, Cebu City, Cebu Province, Central Visayas (Region 7), Visayas, Philippines. This is the third VHF TV station established in Cebu City after the establishment of provincial stations of ABS-CBN in 1961 and GMA Network in 1963.[1]

Set up its nationwide satellite broadcast from Manila.

The current station manager is Louella Cabañero.

The IBC 13 Cebu as located from Brgy. Kalunasan.

  • May 1965 – the first broadcast and became the first TV station  serving the Cebu province.
  • 1970s to early 1990s – IBC Cebu used to constantly promote their shows on The Freeman.
  • July 18, 2011 – the station will finally relaunch through a new transmitter for clearer signal with the brand new broadcast equipments for it's analogue VHF television station and installed their new transmitter equipments and broadcast tower. The same day, IBC Cebu launched its own 30-minute regional flagship newscast Express Balita Central Visayas.
  • January 6, 2014 – IBC Cebu started in ISDB-T broadcast on UHF 26 (562.143 MHz).
